After the sale, she has gone out of her way to continue serving her seller.
First, to come by the house soon after the sale so we could give her some personal items to return to the seller.
Next, to deliver some mail to seller that came to the house 7 months after the sale!
Most recently, to deliver a second package the prior owner accidently had shipped here.
Uncommon service to her client which is rare now days.
